Villa Garda in PARK SEASONS, Tseung Kwan O – led by Sino Land – sold 76 units today via both price list and tender, generating over HKD 490 million. The sold units include 40 1-bedroom, 23 2-bedroom (with open kitchen), 10 2-bedroom (with glass kitchen), and 3 3-bedroom en-suite with storage room units.
Mr. Tian Zhaoyuan, Executive Director of Sino Land, stated that sales are booming: all units sold via price list today were fully selected. In addition to the 40 price-list units, 36 tender transactions were recorded. The unit with the highest transaction price and per-square-foot price is Flat B, 43/F, Block 2A – a 3-bedroom en-suite with a storage room, covering 66.8 sqm (719 sq ft), transacted at HKD 12.49 million, at HKD 17,371 per sq ft.
Buyers are attracted by the project’s location above Hong Kong Station and shopping mall, completed status (allowing “switching from rent to purchase”), and high-quality clubhouse design and materials. As a result, buyers from both within and outside the district have entered the market, with particular popularity among buyers from Eastern Hong Kong Island and Kai Tak. To date, the entire Villa Garda project has sold 1,353 units, generating over HKD 10.4 billion; since its re-launch as completed properties, it has sold 508 units in half a month, generating over HKD 3.2 billion.
