Among them, the unit with the highest per square foot price is Flat G, 9/F, Block 2A, with a usable area of 28.7 square meters (309 square feet) and a 18 square meters (194 square feet) terrace, transacted at HKD 5.578 million, at a price of HKD 18,052 per square foot.
Since the re-launch of completed units, the Villa Garda series has quickly sold 517 units, generating over HKD 3.3 billion. The entire development has sold 1,362 units in total, with sales exceeding HKD 10.5 billion. In response to the enthusiastic market feedback, the developer will continue to accelerate the sales pace, launching an additional 60 units via price list and 49 units via tender on Friday.
