新鸿基地产发展的天水围 YOHO WEST 公布了新的销售安排，推出 15 伙招标单位。这些单位分别位于 2A 座 6 至 33 楼 A3 室以及 2B 座 31 至 36 楼 B3 室，实用面积为 410 及 468 平方呎，均为 2 房户型。招标日期从 2025 年 7 月 21 日起，以及 7 月 28 日至 10 月 20 日期间，每个星期一及星期三的下午 1 时至 2 时进行标售。
YOHO WEST 位于天恩路 1 号，为轻铁天荣站上盖物业，由新鸿基与港铁合作开发，项目共提供 1393 伙住宅，配套有住客会所 YOHO HOUSE 及户外园林。
Sun Hung Kai Properties’ Tin Shui Wai YOHO WEST has announced its new sales arrangement, with 15 units put up for tender. These units are located in Flat A3, 6th to 33rd floors of Block 2A, and Flat B3, 31st to 36th floors of Block 2B. With usable areas of 410 sq ft and 468 sq ft respectively, all are two-bedroom units.
The tender will start next Monday (21st) and run from July 28 to October 20. Bidding sessions will be held every Monday and Wednesday from 1pm to 2pm during this period.
