This project is a new high-rise residential development by Henderson Land Development, located at 15 Wood Road, Wan Chai District, Hong Kong Island, China. It adopts a single-building design with a total height of 28 floors and is equipped with two elevators in total.
The building has a shelter floor (a specific protective floor in Hong Kong’s architecture designed to resist natural disasters or respond to emergencies). Floors 3 to the top floor (31st floor) are residential floors, with 3 or 7 units per floor (7 units per floor from the 3rd to 29th floors; 3 units per floor on the 30th and 31st floors). In total, the project provides 187 high-rise residential units.
The usable area of the units ranges from 244 sq ft to 1,016 sq ft (Note: 1 sq ft ≈ 0.0929 sqm, equivalent to approximately 22.67 sqm to 94.39 sqm after conversion).
