Disclaimer

1. 風險承擔
閣下明確知悉並同意，使用尚賓服務管理有限公司（「本公司」）及其附屬平台（包括 alfredck.com、gtt.com.hk、youme.hk及ptv.hk，統稱「PTV 平台」）之網站、流動應用程式、廣告服務、產品、技術及其他服務（統稱「本服務」）的全部風險由閣下自行承擔。本服務提供的資訊、數據、產品及 / 或服務均以「現況」及「現有」為基礎提供。

2. 保證免除
在法律許可的最大範圍內，PTV 平台明確免除一切明示或默示的擔保，包括但不限於：

  • 所有權、適銷性、特定用途適用性及不侵害第三方權利的擔保；
  • 本服務符合閣下需求、運作無干擾、安全可靠或無錯誤的保證。

3. 交易責任免除
PTV 平台不對透過本服務購買的任何產品、服務或交易作出保證。下載或存取本服務內容的風險由閣下自行承擔，因下載導致的設備損壞或數據遺失，PTV 平台概不負責。

4. 責任限制
PTV 平台不承擔以下原因引致的任何直接、間接、附帶或衍生損失（包括收入、利潤、商譽損失等）：

  • 本服務資訊錯誤、遺漏或延誤；
  • 未經授權存取或篡改數據；
  • 病毒感染、合約違反或知識產權侵權；
  • 第三方內容或行為。
    例外：因 PTV 平台故意或重大過失引致的索償，賠償上限以該項服務已收取的費用為限。

5. 連結網站
PTV 平台提供第三方連結僅作便利用途，不負責其內容、更新或傳輸。閣下使用連結網站的風險自負，PTV 平台不承擔相關損失責任。

6. 司法管轄權
本服務受香港法律管轄，爭議由香港法院專屬管轄。非香港使用者須自行確保符合當地法律。

7. 不可抗力
因天災、戰爭、政府行為等不可控制事件或系統維護導致服務中斷，PTV 平台不承擔責任。

8. 第三方內容
PTV 平台上的用戶、廣告商或合作夥伴內容未經審核，相關責任由發布者承擔，不代表 PTV 平台立場。
特別聲明：ptv.hk平台僅作為物業資訊發佈及搜尋媒介，所有內容由第三方提供或來自外部來源。

  • 平台資訊僅供參考，不構成推薦或認可；
  • ptv.hk不核實第三方身份或內容真實性，用戶須自行驗證；

9. 修改權利

  1. Assumption of Risk
    You expressly acknowledge and agree that all risks associated with the use of the websites, mobile applications, advertising services, products, technologies, and other services (collectively referred to as the “Services”) provided by CHAMPAGNE SERVICES MANAGEMENT LIMITED (“the Company”) and its affiliated platforms (including alfredck.com, gtt.com.hk, youme.hk, and ptv.hk, collectively referred to as the “PTV Platform”) shall be borne by you. The information, data, products, and/or services provided by the Services are offered on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
  2. Exclusion of Warranties
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, the PTV Platform expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
  • Warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third-party rights;
  • Warranties that the Services will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, be secure, reliable, or error-free.
  1. Exemption from Transaction Liability
    The PTV Platform makes no warranties regarding any products, services, or transactions purchased through the Services. The risk of downloading or accessing the content of the Services is borne by you. The PTV Platform shall not be liable for any damage to your devices or loss of data caused by such downloads.
  2. Limitation of Liability
    The PTV Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including losses of revenue, profit, or business reputation, etc.) caused by the following reasons:
  • Errors, omissions, or delays in the information provided by the Services;
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of data;
  • Virus infections, contract breaches, or intellectual property infringements;
  • Content or actions of third parties.
    Exception: In the event of a claim caused by the intentional act or gross negligence of the PTV Platform, the compensation shall be limited to the fees already received for the relevant service.
  1. Linked Websites
    The PTV Platform provides third-party links solely for your convenience and shall not be responsible for their content, updates, or transmissions. You assume the risk of using linked websites, and the PTV Platform shall not be liable for any related losses.
  2. Jurisdiction
    The Services are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. Users outside of Hong Kong shall ensure compliance with local laws on their own.
  3. Force Majeure
    The PTV Platform shall not be liable for any interruption of the Services caused by uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, wars, government actions, or system maintenance.
  4. Third-Party Content
    The content posted by users, advertisers, or partners on the PTV Platform has not been reviewed. The relevant liability shall be borne by the publishers, and it does not represent the stance of the PTV Platform.
    Special Declaration: The ptv.hk platform serves solely as a medium for property information publication and search, and all content is provided by third parties or sourced from external origins.
  • The information on the platform is for reference only and does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement;
  • ptv.hk does not verify the identity of third parties or the authenticity of the content, and users are required to verify it on their own;
  • The PTV Platform shall not be liable for any disputes or losses arising from the use of the information on ptv.hk.
  1. Right to Amend
    The PTV Platform reserves the right to amend this statement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services shall be deemed as acceptance of the revised content.
