IV. Landscape Features

Backed by natural surroundings, some units offer mountain views or inner garden views. Most units have aligned living rooms and bedrooms, allowing natural light to enter through balconies and utility platforms.

It should be noted that the cemetery in the center of the estate is surrounded by Phase 2 and Phase 3, and Building 3 of Phase 3 is closest to the cemetery. However, due to layout planning, the developer did not construct units facing the cemetery, so in principle, residents will not have a view of the cemetery, avoiding negative impacts on living experience.

V. Transportation Network

The project is located at 19 Ma Wo Road, Tai Po, New Territories. Residents can take the 20S minibus directly to Tai Po Station of the East Rail Line (approximately a few minutes’ ride). Transferring to the MTR allows access to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories, providing convenient commutes to core areas of Hong Kong Island/Kowloon or travel to Shenzhen ports.

Near Tai Po Station, there are minibus stops and a bus terminal with multiple bus and minibus routes covering daily travel within the district and cross-district needs, allowing residents to choose transportation flexibly.

VI. Living Supporting Facilities

For shopping, residents can take the 20S minibus to Sun Tat Plaza, which houses Chinese/Western restaurants, Japanese restaurants, supermarkets, brand clothing stores, banks, clinics, music stores, and gold shops. It meets one-stop needs for shopping, dining, financial services, and daily medical consultations.

There are also traditional wet markets in the district. Residents can reach them via public transportation to buy fresh ingredients, facilitating daily cooking. The basic living supporting facilities are complete.

VII. Community Recreational Facilities

Near the project is Kam Shan Nature Reserve, where residents can go hiking to get close to nature. It takes an 8–10 minute walk to Ma Wo Road Garden Basketball Court for ball sports.

The district has Wan Tau Kok Playground, Tai Po Yuen Kong Rest Garden, and Kwong Fuk Sports Ground, providing recreational and sports spaces. From Sun Tat Plaza, residents can cross the Tai Po River via a tunnel to reach Kwong Fuk Park, which has a Tai Chi plaza and a foot massage path.

In the coastal area, there are Yuen Chau Tsai Park and Tai Po Waterfront Park, equipped with a lawn bowls court, the Hong Kong Handover Monument, an open-air theater, and an insect house, suitable for daily walks and parent-child activities.

VIII. School Net

The project is located in Tai Po District, which has sufficient educational resources. There are many primary and secondary schools nearby, covering different school operation modes such as aided and direct subsidy schemes, providing diversified school options for residents’ children.

Parents can refer to the school net division announced by the Education Bureau to select suitable schools based on their children’s age and educational needs, ensuring convenient access to education. The overall educational supporting facilities meet basic schooling needs.

IX. Project Development Background

The project site is Tai Po Town Lot No. 243, originally a government land with an area of approximately 22,608 sq. m, designated for private residential use. The minimum and maximum developable gross floor areas are 43,584 sq. m and 72,640 sq. m respectively.

On July 29, 2020, China Vanke Properties and Qingjian International won the land with HK$3.750187 billion (approximately RMB 3.465 billion), with a land price of approximately HK$4,738 per sq. ft (approximately RMB 4,762 per sq. m based on the maximum developable area), which is in line with market expectations.

According to the land sale conditions, the successful bidder shall construct a section of public road and roundabout, maintain the slopes near the site, and provide footpaths to two graves (one located in the middle of the site).

The project obtained the building plans approval from the Buildings Department in December 2021 and commenced construction in December 2023, developed in three phases. Phase 3 obtained the pre-sale consent in November 2024. The sales brochure was uploaded on July 29, 2025, the first price list and sales arrangement were announced on August 1, and the units were sold on a first-come, first-served basis on August 6.
