The listed prices range from HKD 3.602 million to HKD 10.92 million, with a per-square-foot price of HKD 11,849 to HKD 16,175, totaling over HKD 580 million.
With a maximum discount of 17%, the discounted prices range from HKD 2.99 million to HKD 9.064 million, and the discounted per-square-foot price is HKD 9,836 to HKD 13,427. Among them, 60 units (53% of the first batch) have a discounted price below HKD 4 million. The cheapest unit in the first batch is Flat D11, 2/F, Block 5 – a 1-bedroom unit with a usable area of 28.2 square meters (304 square feet), listed at HKD 3.602 million with a per-square-foot price of HKD 11,849.
