Developed by Kerry Properties, “HAVA” has successfully obtained the Occupation Permit earlier. It has officially transitioned from the construction phase to the completed building phase, and today marks the first public opening of its completed show flat, allowing potential homebuyers to have an intuitive experience of the living space.
II. Core Information of the Show Flat
The show flat opened to the public this time is Unit F, 26/F, Block 1 (1A), with specific parameters and spatial planning as follows:
• Area Specifications: The usable area is 365 square feet, accompanied by a 22-square-foot terrace. The spatial scale meets the living needs of modern singles or small families.
• Living & Dining Room Design: The overall layout is square and practical. A flexibly movable coffee table is placed next to the sofa, which is convenient for residents to enjoy coffee or refreshments here and can also be used for temporary storage of small items, enhancing the flexibility of space use.
• Kitchen Configuration: Adopting an open design, the upper and lower cabinets provide sufficient storage space to meet various daily cooking needs, balancing practicality and spatial transparency.
